Flowbaut provides AI automation consulting, development, and deployment services. Specific terms for engagements are set out in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during an engagement is assigned to the client upon full payment of fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowbaut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where Flowbaut is incorporated.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
