Why We Started This
Every team we talked to was hearing the same pitch: AI will change everything, buy this tool, automate everything. Almost none of it was built around how their business actually worked.
We started Flowbaut to do the opposite. Map the real workflow first. Find the two or three automations that would actually save time. Build those properly, then move to the next one. No new platform to learn, no dashboard nobody opens after week one.
That's still how every engagement starts today.
